RYTHM Foundation Limited (the “Company”) is a Charitable Institution with tax exemption status granted under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (“Ordinance”) by the Inland Revenue Department of Hong Kong.

Pursuant to the Ordinance, a Hong Kong taxpayer may deduct any approved charitable donations made from assessable profits or chargeable income during the year of assessment. Ordinance also allows deductions to be made from income subject to profits tax for approved charitable donations made by a taxpayer who is liable to profits tax. Therefore, you are advised to retain a copy of the donation receipt made to the Company for the purpose of your tax deduction.

Subject to local laws on tax and/or charities in your country of residence, if you are not based in Hong Kong, any donation made to the charity drives organised by the Company may not entitle you for tax deduction. You are advised to verify this on your own accord.

Any donations or contributions received by the Company shall be distributed in such manner as the Company deems fit in line with the purpose of the charity drives organised by the Company and in full compliance with the applicable laws.
